Tandem Duo Dave Tilly & Donnacha McCarthy have wasted no time in getting off the mark for ACT .

They raced on Saturday morning (Sept 2nd)  at the Cabintealey park run 5K finishing in 3rd place , and their first podium in a running race.

They have their sights firmly placed on the World triathlon championships in two weeks time ( 750m swim 20k bike and 5k run)  – and will be flying the flag (Ram) for us in Rotterdam
